This new painting is the first of a series that I want to explore, depicting places where I like to go, where I find inspiration. For example, this one is a pub at the end of the street where I have my art studio. When I go there, it is often quite empty, and it has a 70's feel about it. It overlooks the A12. I just sit in silence, i observe people, I create in my head. This is a very unique place, all the furniture is different, eclectic. I always feel very peaceful there.
